Returns Policy

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If any damage has occurred please take photographs of both the product and packaging and email them to info@fidoto.co.uk together with your information.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we agree to refund you in full upon receipt of the returned item (in the same condition it was supplied in) within a period of 29 days by prior receipt of part.

RETURN Postage costs is BUYERs responsibility.
